The Ramsey Group Buyer Specialist is an individual who is willing and able to earn the right to become the Lead Buyer Specialist.  This person relishes the opportunity to be on a highly efficient and extremely effective team with proven systems and a strong track record.  They want to be a student of the systems, knowledge and experience of The Ramsey Group and use them to the highest extent knowing that this will lead them to success. This person is deeply committed to continually learning and being a strongly contributing member of The Ramsey Group team.

A Ramsey Group Buyer Specialist is comfortable and confident in contacting potential clients with a phone call or in person.  They can juggle several active clients at the same time and are driven to provide superior service in all that they do.  This person is generally an energetic optimist; self-starter who works well with the team yet also works independently.  They are very personable but not long-winded, calm and forward thinking in stressful situations and highly value personal honesty.  The successful Buyer Specialist will earn between $75,000-$115,000 per year.

Understanding the realities of working with a large pool of leads is a critical trait of The Ramsey Group Buyer Specialist.  This person will have a flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.  As well, they spend some time in the office at least 3 days a week, will work “lead time” at least 3 evenings a week and will attend The Ramsey Group team meeting.  All business as a member of The Ramsey Group will be conducted to the highest standards with maximum efficiency.

As the success of the team grows this individual will have the opportunity to earn the Lead Buyer Specialist position.  The associated responsibilities are hiring, training, and leading additional team buyer specialists and showing specialists.
